Handler Patti is one of the founding members of ILL-WIS, dating back to 1985. Jennie's Gracie was her first working bloodhound. Gracie was certified in Trailing and Human Remains Detection with ILL-WIS. She also worked water recovery. Patti has over 1100 hours of seminars in Search & Rescue.
