Robert has been a handler with ILL-WIS since 2001. Ranger was a chocolate Labrador retriever dog rescued from the Rock County Humane
Society in Janesville, Wisconsin. Ranger was certified with ILL-WIS in both trailing and Human Remains Detection (HRD).
